Job Description – Presales Associate

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Hybrid, Full-Time)

We are looking for a Presales/Research Associate who will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, building prospect databases, and supporting the sales team with research-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct structured research to identify potential client companies and decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Directors, Engineering Managers, etc.) across target geographies.

• Build and maintain prospect databases segmented by industry, geography, and business need.

• Track industry trends in Finance, HR/Payroll, and Renewable Energy to spot emerging opportunities.

• Map competitor activities and benchmark best practices in offshore staffing.

Presales Support

• Work closely with the Business Development team to support outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).

• Qualify leads through research and initial screening, ensuring alignment with service offerings.

• Assist in preparing client-specific briefing notes, pitch decks, and proposal inputs.

• Maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) with accurate and updated client information.

Data & Reporting

• Create weekly and monthly lead generation and research activity reports.

• Provide actionable insights (e.g., top 50 prospects by sector, most promising markets) for management review.

• Track KPIs such as number of leads identified, qualification ratios, and outreach conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in market research, presales, or business development support (experience with BPO, staffing, or IT services will be preferred).

• Skills:

o Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.

o Excellent written and spoken English (comfortable drafting professional outreach content).

o Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, or similar lead-gen tools.

o Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

o Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for database management.

o Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
