Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Advisory team. The Analyst will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and valuation analysis, and supporting transaction execution. This is an ideal role for candidates with strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in corporate finance, and a passion for deal-making.

Transaction Execution

Portfolio Monitoring (PE only)

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CA, or MBA is a plus

2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in financial modeling is essential

Strong knowledge of valuation techniques and financial statement analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
