About the Role

DevBazar is hiring for our client — a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot Consultant to join their growing marketing automation team. If you have hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot and a passion for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations — this is your chance to grow into a seasoned marketing automation professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot solutions.
  • Build & manage email campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Configure automation workflows, engagement programs, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Manage landing pages, forms, and dynamic content.
  • Handle data imports, audience segmentation, and list management.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist senior consultants in project delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices & automation workflows.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Pardot Specialist certification.
  • Experience with DKIM, SPF, domain authentication.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or AMPscript.
