The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives and drives organizational growth. This role involves leading Salesforce administration, managing configurations, supporting users, and implementing enhancements. The Senior Salesforce Administrator acts as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the organization, providing guidance and support to junior administrators and end-users

Salesforce Administration:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
Monitor system health, data integrity, and overall platform performance.

Process Automation:
Implement and manage process automation using tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards for key business metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.

User Support and Training:
Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for new features, best practices, and platform updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and requests

Data Management:
Oversee data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives within Salesforce.
Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and data cleansing activities.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices


Enhancements and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and new feature implementations.
Lead Salesforce platform upgrades, releases, and third-party integrations.
Work closely with developers to design and deploy custom solutions.

Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior Salesforce administrators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align Salesforce with business goals.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive Salesforce adoption and maximize ROI






Requirements Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flows and other Salesforce automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized products is a plus. Proven Experience in client communication and requirement gathering sessions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with Salesforce releases and features.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and process automation.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required).
Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
