Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated
Full-Stack Associate
with
1–1.5 years
of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in for frontend development and Python/Django for backend development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.
  • Build interactive frontend interfaces using
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Django/DRF (Django REST Framework).
  • Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ensure optimized queries.
  • Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in (React, TypeScript is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of Python/Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Basic understanding of deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of testing tools (Pytest, Cypress, Jest).

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
