About the Role

We are hiring experienced Appointment Setters to join our remote team. You will be responsible for contacting U.S.-based prospects, introducing services, gauging interest, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives.

This is a performance-focused role ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident in phone-based communication.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls using provided lead lists.
  • Introduce services and qualify prospects.
  • Handle basic objections and answer common questions.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Log call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in our system.
  • Reattempt contact with non-responsive prospects.
  • Report trends or recurring issues to your supervisor.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent phone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with CRMs or call software.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours, including some evenings.
