Responsibilities:

  • Build a Strategy for company to build on its market leadership position
  • Develop key initiatives to deliver on strategy and drive change in the recruitment processes by using a segmented approach for potential clients
  • Help analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning. Drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives
  • Develop a framework to help enable marketers to build their channel selection strategy Develop, execute, and support campaigns that use creative marketing and PR to improve the profile of company as a global entity
  • Support and manage the brand, communications, and digital strategy
  • Manage resources (financial and other) in a manner that gives the highest ROI
  • Monitor, analyze and anticipate competitor behaviors and positioning
  • Lead and align multi-stakeholder relationships, manage webinars & corporate events. Knowledge and experience:
  • Work experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager, preferably within software industry
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
