Head of Marketing – Group Level

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives across our group of companies. This role is responsible for building a unified brand identity, executing performance-focused campaigns, and developing systems that drive predictable revenue, customer engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all companies under the group.
  • Design annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

2. Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Lead performance-driven marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat to achieve measurable ROI.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, lead generation, and conversion rates.

3. Content & Communication

  • Oversee the content, design, and influencer marketing teams to ensure high-quality, engaging brand content.
  • Approve creative direction for product shoots, campaigns, PR initiatives, and digital communications.
  • Maintain and manage the company's social media presence, monitoring audience sentiment and engagement metrics.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the marketing dashboard—tracking performance from spend → sales → profit.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights to analyze and refine marketing performance.
  • Present weekly and monthly marketing reports and insights to the Chairman and leadership team.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, creatives, and social media managers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and creativity within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance (budgeting), Sales (conversion), and Operations (stock availability) to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

6. Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging digital tools, and evolving consumer behaviors.
  • Continuously test, learn, and innovate marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor online reputation and ensure brand sentiment aligns with company values and customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in multi-brand or group-level roles.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and WooCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and video editing tools like Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent command of content creation, social media strategy, and digital storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in marketing physical or tangible goods with a focus on driving measurable growth.

· Experience: 5–8 years in digital marketing / D2C / SaaS brands

· Track Record Proven: 7-figure-plus ad spend management with measurable ROI

· Skills: Strategic planning, data analytics, creative direction

· Personality: Analytical, disciplined, leadership presence

· Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot.
