Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for daily system operations (MRI Real Estate Software — training provided).
  • Write and execute SQL queries; manage databases, imports, and data uploads.
  • Assist in report formatting, source table validation, and financial configuration checks.
  • Troubleshoot web interface issues and support code-level investigations.
  • Handle user onboarding, password resets, and access deactivation.
  • Contribute to system recovery analysis, documentation, and testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts (AP, AR, Recoveries, GL, Commercial Management).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic programming knowledge (any language).
  • Fluent in English — written and spoken.
  • CPA in progress or strong accounting foundation preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI / Power Automate is a plus.
