We're Hiring: Junior Media Buyer – TikTok & Meta (Onsite)

Location: Block-12, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi

Type: Full-Time: 5 pm to 2 am | Onsite (Hybrid potential in future)

Salary: Rs. 50,000/month (High upward potential)

We're looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the digital advertising space by working directly under an experienced Media Buyer. Our focus is on TikTok and Meta platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing TikTok & Meta ad campaigns
  • Support the Media Buyer in media planning (VSA, PSA, GMV Max, Spark)
  • Help monitor daily budgets and campaign performance
  • Assist with weekly reporting and insights gathering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launching top-performing creatives (Spark Ads & others)
  • Identifying and stopping underperforming ads
  • Budget distribution support to help achieve weekly and monthly goals

KPIs You'll Work With:

  • Ad Spend
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Full-time, Onsite)
  • Occasional short-time remote availability may be required on weekends

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and media buying
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Meta Ads is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Must be able to commute to the office and start immediately
  • Located in or near Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi
