About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Media Planner & Buyer to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel media strategies that drive measurable results and support our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning


• Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and budgets.


• Recommend optimal media channels (digital, social, OOH, print, broadcast) to achieve campaign goals.


• Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ensure alignment of media strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Media Buying & Execution


• Negotiate rates, placements, and added-value opportunities with media vendors and platforms.


• Manage campaign launches, ensuring timely delivery of assets and accurate implementation.


• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and budget adjustments.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting


• Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


• Provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights and recommendations.


• Stay up to date with media trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency setting.


• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels.


• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and reporting tools.
