About the Role

*We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Media Buyer/ Performance & Growth Marketer* to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising channels. This role requires analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of audience targeting to drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct audience research to optimize targeting strategies and ad performance.
  • Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet performance goals.
  • Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns for scalability and profitability.
  • Monitor competitors' advertising strategies and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in paid media buying, preferably with a digital marketing agency or e-commerce brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad budgets with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar tools.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing strategies.
  • Ability to create data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Other Details:

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Karachi

Working days: Monday to Friday, with Alternate Saturdays ON.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
