About the role:

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Issue invoices, update accounts receivable, follow recovery and perform reconciliations
  • Sales tax invoice issuance and sales tax return filing.
  • Monthly stock counting and reconciliation.
  • Able to handle bank transactions, payroll management.
  • Update financial data in accounting software to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Handling import shipment, liaising with freight forwarders and moving goods to other locations.
  • Hands on experience of accounting software and Microsoft Excel is necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have bachelor's degree/ ACCA Enrolled/CA enrolled
  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant work experience required.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Timings: 7am -3pm Pak time
