Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Head based in Lahore. The Creative Head will be responsible for developing and overseeing creative strategies, branding initiatives, and visual design projects. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing a creative team, ensuring quality and consistency in all creative outputs, and maintaining a strong alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Creative Direction, Branding, and Creative Strategy to build and execute compelling campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work.
  • Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate ideas into impactful creative outputs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry or a similar creative leadership position is a plus.
