Job Summary:

The Head of Brands will be responsible for leading the strategic development, positioning, and growth of the company's portfolio of tobacco brands. This senior leadership role involves overseeing brand marketing, product innovation, consumer engagement, and market performance to ensure sustained brand equity, market share, and profitability.

Key Requirements:

-Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

-Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of progressive brand management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably Head), ideally in FMCG or tobacco industry

Expertise:

-Proven success in managing large consumer brands and leading cross-functional teams.

-Deep understanding of brand-building in a regulated industry.

-Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

-Experience in managing brands under marketing restrictions or compliance-heavy environments.

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.

-Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and competitive industry landscape.
