Ads Monetization Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ads Monetization Manager to lead and optimize our digital ad revenue strategy across platforms. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of proven experience in monetizing digital products, managing ad networks, optimizing eCPM, and growing ad revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ad revenue across all available channels and platforms (mobile, web, in-app).

  • Manage relationships with ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, etc.) and mediation platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.

  • Optimize ad placements and formats for higher engagement and better user experience.

  • Perform A/B testing and data-driven experiments to enhance monetization outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and development teams to integrate and fine-tune monetization solutions.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ad technologies, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital ad monetization or mobile game monetization.

  • Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms (like Google AdMob, ironSource, AppLovin MAX, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make strategic decisions.

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in mobile gaming or digital content companies.

  • Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or other attribution platforms.
