Quick Commerce is a fast-growing business unit within foodora, Yemeksepeti & foodpanda, three entities active across 17 markets in Europe & Asia, which are part of Delivery Hero, a global leader in online food ordering and delivery services. Quick Commerce consists of two main business segments - Dmarts (own-inventory model) and Shops (marketplace model), which are focused on delivering ultra-fast and convenient on-demand delivery solutions to customers.

Job Description
This role will be responsible for driving monetization growth across commission-based and non-commission revenue streams and managing loyalty program funding from partners. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with performance and local account management teams to optimize commission structures, scale advertising revenue, align loyalty initiatives with monetization goals, and support shops partnerships teams. The key responsibilities will include the following
- KPI Ownership: Own and manage all commission and non commission revenue streams and related KPIs, including commission rate %, vendor advertising, service fees, and more.
- Commission Revenue Optimization: Analyze and manage commission structures to optimize revenue while ensuring competitiveness and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Non-Commission Revenue Growth: Lead the development and execution of non-commission revenue projects, particularly Vendor Advertising. Work closely with AM Leadership in each market to make advertising a scalable, consistent revenue stream for Shops
- Loyalty Program funding by partners: Working with Subscription and Loyalty team to co-develop a sustainable subscription growth strategy that aligns with our overall monetization goals. Integrate loyalty initiatives with broader revenue strategies to enhance user retention and partner engagement
- Regional Partnerships with key partners: Provide the Partnerships manager with data-driven insights to strengthen their negotiation efforts
- Data-driven decision making: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics such as revenue per user, ad performance (e.g., cost-per-click, click-through rates, conversion) and ROAS/ROI. Generate insights and reports to make data-driven decisions
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate with relevant regional and global stakeholders to manage growth expectations and the P&L impact created by non commission revenue
- Support: Support local teams by conducting relevant training and troubleshooting issues related to adtech and advertising campaign execution
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial, revenue management, or ad operations role, preferably in retail, eCommerce or a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Excellent project management skills with proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess revenue performance, identify trends, and optimize for better results.
- Strategic thinking ability with demonstrated skill in identifying opportunities for business growth
- Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with regional internal & external stakeholders across APAC, EU and Turkey.
Plus points/nice to have:
- Data analytics: Intermediate or advanced skills in SQL, Big Query and Looker. Familiar with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads). Experience with A/B testing and P&L modelling
- Industry knowledge: Strong interest in ecommerce platforms, advertising tools, and consumer behavior in the online retail sector.
