Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled
Digital Marketing Specialist
with proven experience managing
e-commerce sales campaigns
for
US-based online stores
. The ideal candidate should be an expert in both
Meta Ads and Google Ads
, capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling profitable sales campaigns.

This is a results-driven role where the focus is on
ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth
, not just traffic or impressions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    Meta Ads
    (Facebook/Instagram) and
    Google Ads
    campaigns focused on
    sales
    .
  • Manage
    Search, Shopping, Display & Retargeting
    campaigns for US e-commerce stores.
  • Create and optimize product catalogs, feeds, and dynamic ads.
  • Monitor key performance metrics:
    ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, AOV
    , and overall sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Identify insights and recommend strategies for scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Provide daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and US-based management teams.
  • Maintain accurate tracking through
    Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager
    , and other tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Proven success managing
    US market campaigns
    with real sales results.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard.
  • Experience with
    Shopify, WooCommerce
    , or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Deep understanding of US retail trends & consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written + verbal).
  • Must be able to work the
    6 AM – 3 PM PKT night shift
    consistently.
