Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing brand awareness through various online channels. Your goal will be to ensure efficient and effective digital marketing strategies that lead to increased traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our services across digital platforms.
  • Oversee the performance of all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and PPC campaigns.
  • Manage content strategy and work closely with creative teams to produce engaging content for various platforms.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance based on data insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Adlance remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Handle client relationships, ensuring clear communication and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing executives and specialists.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, meta ads, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience with working and handling international clients is a plus.
