We're Hiring: Counsellor/Trainer (Youth Mental Wellness Program)

Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan

Part-Time/Full-Time

About Us

Platinum Health delivers a transformative 9-month Teen Life & Mental Wellness Curriculum to schools, empowering students aged 11–16 with tools for self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and digital safety. We believe in early intervention, education, and compassionate support to foster mentally strong youth.

Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate, qualified Counsellor/Trainer to facilitate weekly group sessions, provide one-on-one emotional support to students, and guide teens through their personal growth journey. You'll play a key role in shaping young lives through education, empathy, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly 45 minutes group sessions in schools using Platinum Health's curriculum (themes include emotional skills, self-esteem, communication, resilience, etc.)

  • Conduct one-on-one check-ins or counseling sessions with students as needed.

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for open dialogue and learning.

  • Monitor student progress and maintain confidential records.

  • Collaborate with school staff and the Platinum Health team for program alignment.

  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Prior experience working with teenagers in educational or counseling settings.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and active listening skills.

  • Empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Fluency in Urdu & English

Preferred

  • Experience with school-based programs or group therapy.

  • Familiarity with adolescent development, trauma-informed practices, and SEL (social-emotional learning).
