Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Intern to support our project team in managing the student induction process for upcoming training programs. The role involves direct communication with students, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining compliance records, and supporting overall project operations.

Key Responsibilities

Make phone calls to students for enrollment confirmation and follow-up.

Send reminders and updates via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and enrollment status.

Ensure all compliance-related documentation is updated and filed properly.

Assist in coordinating induction sessions and student orientations.

Provide support to the project manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Prepare basic reports related to student attendance, communication logs, and compliance updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed (Business, Management, Education, or related field preferred).

Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data management.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
