Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Work Mode: Onsite

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or operations, preferably in the retail or food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee sales and operations of assigned bakery outlets.
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Ensure daily cash and petty cash reconciliation and report to management.
  • Conduct routine and surprise visits to outlets, preparing and submitting required reports.
  • Monitor stock, wastage, and returns, and implement effective ordering systems.
