Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets in the assigned area.
• Drive new client acquisition while ensuring strong client retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
• Stay updated with pest control industry trends, products, and solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Ensure service quality standards and resolve client complaints effectively.
• Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to pest control operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage area-level sales budgets and provide accurate reporting of sales activities and achievements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of pest control services, solutions, and industry practices.
• Ability to manage client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong business development, networking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work on-site.
