Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Digital and Field Marketer
based in Lahore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves planning and executing digital and field marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic metrics, and driving branding initiatives. The candidate will also collaborate and initiate with different activites to align marketing strategies for optimized outreach, both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities (Digital Marketing Focus)

• Content Creation:
  Develop compelling technical marketing content (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts, video scripts) that clearly explains the value proposition of our industrial data logger to a technical audience.
• SEO/SEM:
  Assist in managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, focusing on technical keywords and industry-specific search terms to drive organic traffic.
• Social Media:
  Manage our online presence on professional platforms (primarily
  LinkedIn
  ) to build brand awareness and engage with target industrial personas.
• Email Campaigns:
  Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads from initial interest to product demonstration.
• Analytics:
  Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (Field Marketing Focus)

• Market Intelligence:
  Conduct deep market research to identify target industrial verticals, customer pain points, and competitor activities relevant to data logging and industrial IoT.
• Sales Enablement:
  Create and organize effective sales materials (presentations, brochures, demo scripts) that our sales team can use for in-person and virtual meetings.
• Events & Outreach:
  Plan, coordinate, and attend industry
  trade shows, conferences, and local events
  (field activities) to demonstrate the product and generate high-quality leads.
• Product Demonstrations:
  Be prepared to deliver live, technically accurate product demonstrations of our SaaS solution to prospective clients.
• Customer Feedback:
  Gather direct, on-the-ground feedback from prospects and customers to relay to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:
An Associate Engineering degree or a Bachelor's degree in
Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Interdisciplinary Degrees
closely related technical field.

Experience:
0-2 Years

New graduates are welcome Some prior experience, internships, or academic projects in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus.

Technical Acumen:
A strong, fundamental understanding of industrial operations, data logging, sensors, and the importance of data in an industrial setting, knowledge and understanding of technical marketing conetent.

Marketing Skills:

Skills in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Lead Generation

Experience with Web Analytics tools and metrics

Knowledge of Field Marketing and ability to work in a hybrid setup, combining fieldwork and remote responsibilities

Experience in technology-driven industries is a plus

Organizational, Communication and Team Collaboration Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, team collaboration skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise marketing messages.

Soft Skills:
High level of self-motivation, a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit suited for a startup environment, and excellent interpersonal skills for field interactions.
