Flair Pvt. Ltd is looking
for a meticulous and proactive
Internal Auditor
with 1–2 years of experience in internal auditing, including some exposure to tax-related matters. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulations. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the company's operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with established standards and audit methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely resolution of audit issues and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support tax compliance audits and reviews, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and policies.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards to assess their impact on internal controls and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and control processes.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA/CMA
    qualification is a minimum requirement.
  • 1-2 years
    of experience in internal auditing, with some experience in tax preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
