The incumbent supports financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations for branch and digital lending. The role focuses on providing data, insights, and coordination that help optimize performance and align with the bank's growth and profitability goals.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and performance dashboards for branch banking and digital lending products.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan disbursements, repayments, portfolio quality, and branch profitability.
  • Provide initial insights and highlight trends for senior managers to support decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and cost-monitoring activities, helping to identify areas of efficiency and cost savings.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure operational data and financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support transformation initiatives by gathering data, preparing ROI tracking sheets, and monitoring progress.
  • Help in maintaining compliance by ensuring lending operations follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, under supervision.
  • Coordinate with different departments to align financial and operational activities.
  • Promote Easypaisa Digital Bank Behaviors in day-to-day tasks and uphold risk and compliance culture.

Knowledge and Experience

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Candidates pursuing ACA, ACCA, or CFA will be preferred.

Experience:
2 years in financial planning and forecasting role.
