We're looking for a
visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead the architecture, R&D, and technical teams for this project and future AI ventures within the group.

Role Description:

Technical Leadership:
Design & lead full-stack architecture (backend, AI integration, mobile, and cloud) for our AI aggregator app and future products.

AI Integration:
Build routing logic that automatically selects and merges outputs from multiple LLMs & generative AI models.

Team Building:
Hire and mentor backend, AI, and mobile dev teams (8–10 engineers).

R&D:
Evaluate and integrate new AI APIs, open-source models, and multimodal tech.

Scalability:
Develop secure, cost-optimized, high-availability infrastructure on AWS / GCP.

Innovation:
Contribute to product vision — from algorithmic design to business growth strategy.

Collaboration:
Work closely with CEO & product teams to align technical execution with business objectives.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain API usage policies, data-security standards (GDPR, SOC2), and performance analytics.

Required Skill Set:

  1. Core Tech Stack:
  2. Python /
  3. FastAPI, Flask
  4. RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  5. AI / ML Expertise:
  6. Integration with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)
  7. Experience with multimodal APIs (image / video / audio generation)
  8. Prompt orchestration & evaluation pipelines
  9. System Architecture:
  10. Microservices-based architecture
  11. Scalable API gateways
  12. Cloud orchestration using Docker & Kubernetes
  13. CI/CD pipelines setup and management
  14. Mobile + Frontend Integration:
  15. Familiarity with Flutter or React Native
  16. Ability to connect backend AI APIs with mobile interfaces
  17. Cloud & DevOps:
  18. AWS / GCP services (Lambda, S3, EC2, Cloud Functions)
  19. Redis, MongoDB, Firebase
  20. Strong understanding of cloud security, performance, and monitoring
  21. AI Ops / Routing:
  22. Building model-selection logic
  23. Token optimization and caching strategies
  24. A/B testing of AI outputs for performance improvement
  25. Leadership:
  26. Team hiring and technical mentoring
  27. Sprint management (Agile / Scrum)
  28. Code reviews and best-practice enforcement
  29. Business Acumen:
  30. Experience in early-stage startups
  31. Ability to align technical execution with business and financial goals
  32. Nice-to-Have:
  33. Exposure to fintech, eCommerce, or data analytics systems
  34. Experience:
  35. 3+ years in backend or AI engineering
  36. 2+ years leading a dev team or startup tech department
