Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead our technical teams and drive innovation across all projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee architecture design, product development, and lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions and automation technologies across our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams across full-stack, mobile, and AI-based projects.
  • Supervise architecture, infrastructure, and scalability decisions for enterprise-level systems.
  • Drive the development and integration of AI-powered products and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance Devline's service offerings and technical excellence.
  • Ensure technical quality, delivery efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of technical leadership in software development.
  • Strong expertise in MERN / / / Python / AWS or similar stacks.
  • Hands-on experience in AI and automation projects, including:AI Chatbots & Agents (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen),AI-Powered CRM/ERP & Web Applications,LLM-Powered Tools, RAG, and Vector DBs, Automation for Business Processes & Predictive Analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
