We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 & Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized CRM and Power Platform solutions to support business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, .NET, Power Apps, and cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365.
  • Customize CRM components including entities, plugins, workflows, business process flows, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via Web APIs, REST APIs, and OData.
  • Build automation and low-code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or similar ETL tools.
  • Optimize CRM performance, queries, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
  • Utilize Azure services for integration, automation, and enhanced security.
  • Prepare technical documentation and adhere to best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 customization and integration.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, LINQ, and Microsoft platform development.
  • Practical experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Expertise in data migration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft).
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, API integration, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
