Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Product Associate who is eager to work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to support the development and documentation of digital products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of structure, a baseline understanding of UX, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product documentation, feature specifications, and user flows with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support product managers in organizing and synthesizing feedback from internal teams and users
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure user experience considerations are captured in documentation and planning
  • Assist in grooming and structuring product backlogs by identifying dependencies, edge cases, and open questions
  • Monitor changes across design, dev, and product tools to ensure alignment and up-to-date documentation

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated attention to detail in written and visual work
  • Basic proficiency in Figma (comfortable editing, commenting, duplicating frames)
  • Working knowledge of UX principles and ability to recognise quality user experiences
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, especially in writing and documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, or similar is a plus
