The Role:

Were looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our fast-growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product development for a rapidly scaling digital health platform and make a real impact on how people access health support .
As an Associate Product Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and success of key product initiatives from identifying user needs and defining the roadmap to collaborating across teams and measuring impact post-launch. Youll work closely with leadership, design, engineering, and operations to build solutions that are both user-centered and business-driven.

What Youll Do:

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your assigned product area.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality, high-impact features.
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Drive go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align goals, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital health innovation, and competitive products to guide strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field (preferably in tech, digital platforms, or health tech).
  • Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for mental health, technology, and creating meaningful user experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
