Our focus is on maintaining a smooth doctor-patient relationship while maximizing cash flow and reducing bad debt levels by effectively managing patient invoices and fees.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Patients Account Receivable Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as customer service, communication with patients, cash collection, accounting, and invoicing. Responsibilities include managing patient accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and resolving any billing issues to support the company's operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Cash Collection and Invoicing capabilities
  • Accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with medical billing software and relevant regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in healthcare billing or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
