Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Patient Accounts Receivable Representative. The responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate cash collection, managing patient accounts, invoicing, and working closely with patients and clients to resolve billing-related concerns. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service and communication while upholding organizational objectives and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for interacting with patients and resolving queries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Cash Collection and Invoicing to manage patient accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Accounting knowledge, including familiarity with financial record-keeping and billing systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical billing setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
