About Us
- We are a UK-based group of businesses across multiple sectors. We're looking for an
experienced Virtual Personal Assistant
to directly support our CEO. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can manage admin across different companies, chase reports, ensure deadlines are met, and take ideas from concept to completion without constant follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and priorities the CEO's day-to-day administrative workload
- Chase reports and follow up with teams to ensure timely delivery
- Turn verbal ideas into actionable plans and track progress
- Coordinate between multiple companies, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and task lists
- Handle confidential information (NDA required)
Requirements
- Minimum
3 years' experience
as a PA or Executive Assistant - Fluent English
– strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different businesses
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work
UK hours
