Role Description

This is a Hybrid/Remote job, located in Karachi for a Cost Estimator. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for BOQ Preparation & Quanitity Estimate using PlanSwift & AutoCAD. The role includes analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost reports, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy in cost forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Cost Management and Project Estimation
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PlanSwift & AutoCAD is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
