Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Officer located in Karāchi. The Estimation Officer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, analyzing project specifications and requirements, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of tender documents. The candidate will also need to monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Experience in preparing tender documents and analyzing project specifications
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in electrical contracting is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
