About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, build relationships, and nurture leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
- Create, personalize, and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Nurture prospects by sharing relevant solutions, insights, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance to improve results.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital prospecting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach (B2B preferred).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, Outreach).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and personalize messages for target audiences.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
