ESOLS Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent creativity, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Help create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and track competitors
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and research leads for B2B marketing
  • Provide project and task support as needed
  • Work with designers and other team members to plan campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong interest in digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Creative and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends
