We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads. You will play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy, optimizing ad performance, and driving measurable results.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads & Media Buying.
• Perform keyword research, conduct competitor analysis, carry out a website audit, and demonstrate proficiency in SEO tools.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spending and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
• Develop strategies, create reports, make proposals, and prepare budgets for clients for the OMNI channel Digital Marketing.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing successful Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Proficient in using GA4, GTM, Pixel, and various other tracking tools.
• Considerable knowledge in SEO, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing. Experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in client communication and relationship management.
• Must be pro-active, strategic thinker and problem solver.
• Experience in E-commerce/agency is a plus.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞

• BDT 35k – BDT 45k per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞

• 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.
