About the Product (NeverBounce)

TheNeverBounce is a leading
email verification and list hygiene platform
, ensuring businesses maintain high deliverability rates and clean email lists. The platform helps marketers, sales teams, and SaaS companies reduce bounce rates, improve sender reputation, and maximize engagement from their campaigns.

We are now expanding and seeking a
visionary CMO
to lead our next growth phase — positioning NeverBounce as the most trusted and innovative name in email verification worldwide.

About the Role

As the
Chief Marketing Officer
, you will lead all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives — from growth marketing to brand development, customer retention, and partnership expansion. You will be a
core leadership member
, working closely with the CEO and product team, and hold
a direct equity stake (20%)
in the TheNeverBounce product line.

Your goal: build a scalable marketing engine that drives predictable growth, strengthens our brand presence, and enhances customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy for TheNeverBounce.
  • Drive revenue growth, lead generation, customer retention, and brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure high ROI across campaigns.
  • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other C-level leaders.


Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee all performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Lead SEO, content marketing, and email automation strategies.
  • Implement data-driven A/B testing and analytics to improve KPIs.


Brand & Product Marketing

  • Define brand positioning, storytelling, and core messaging.
  • Lead product launches, market positioning, and communications strategy.
  • Develop creative campaigns that differentiate TheNeverBounce in the SaaS space.


Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build strategic alliances with complementary SaaS tools, agencies, and platforms.
  • Manage affiliate, referral, and influencer programs.
  • Represent TheNeverBounce in public forums, webinars, and industry events.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish key growth metrics and dashboards.
  • Regularly present insights, trends, and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Continuously refine targeting, budget allocation, and messaging based on performance data.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms.
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels (SEO, PPC, content, email, social, affiliates).
  • Leadership experience — managing diverse teams and agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in

Compensation & Ownership

This is a
founding-level C-suite role
tied directly to the success of TheNeverBounce.
