What we are looking for:

We are seeking a talented Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role will involve designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms while ensuring that the user experience aligns with our brand values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing designs that enhance usability and drive engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

User Interface (UI) Design (40%)

· Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

· Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide

· Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback

· Optimize designs for accessibility and cross-platform compatibility

User Experience (UX) Design (30%)

· Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points

· Map user journeys and create personas to guide design decisions

· Perform heuristic evaluations and usability audits to identify areas for improvement

· Work closely with product managers to define user stories and prioritize features

· Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle

Collaboration and Communication (20%)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers

· Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies

Technical Operations (10%)

· Develop and maintain technical documentation for design processes and guidelines

· Use prototyping tools to simulate interactions and test functionality

· Support the implementation of A/B testing to measure the impact of design changes

· Ensure compliance with branding standards and design consistency

· Support business continuity planning

Required Qualifications

Excellent English Communication and team leading skills are required

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

· Strong understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines

· Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers

· Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools

Certifications

· Certification in UI/UX Design (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate, Interaction Design Foundation) preferred

· Additional certifications in design tools or methodologies are a plus

Experience

· 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with
CRMs/SaaS Apps
.

· Proven record of leading team.

· Proven track record of delivering successful design projects

· Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different platforms

· Experience working in agile environments
