Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven *
Telesales Agent
* to join our growing team. You will be responsible for outbound sales calls to UK-based clients, promoting our products/services, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound / inbound calls to potential customers in the UK market
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate guidance
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, outbound/inbound calling, or a related sales role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work during UK business hours.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Preferred:

  • 2-3 years of Experience in UK-based campaigns or international markets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Location:
Johar Town (Office timing 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
