About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Call Center Agents to join our Lahore office, we are a UK-based company who are leading the way in Windows & Doors. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage effectively with UK customers. Also previous experience is important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential UK clients.
  • Promote and sell products/services according to company guidelines.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be fluent in English (excellent speaking and listening skills).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or call center experience preferred.
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Willing to work during UK business hours.
