Behavior Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student.
• Use evidence-based strategies (e.g., ABA techniques) to support positive behavior change.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions when needed.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent behavior management strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to parents and staff on behavioral techniques.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and structured environment for students.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Behavior Therapist or in a related therapeutic role.
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and child psychology.
• A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
