We're Hiring – Social Media Executive

Xpo9tial is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Market Competitive (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.

Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and stories across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Monitor engagement, handle community interactions, maintain brand voice.

Manage paid campaigns on Meta with a focus on ROI and conversions.

Track and analyst performance metrics to ensure continuous growth.

Research trends and competitor content for strategic optimization.

Prepare monthly performance and analytics reports.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or related fields.

Strong content creation skills (both visual and written).

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Creator Studio & Ads Manager.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, ad campaigns, and analytics.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
