Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and performance analytics across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write compelling captions, short posts, and promotional content to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
