OZ TechWork is a dynamic and fast-growing digital media and technology company. We create high-impact content and innovative digital solutions for audiences across multiple online platforms. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and help drive engagement across all social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize content strategies
  • Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management
  • Collaborate with the creative, editorial, and marketing teams on campaigns
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create basic creatives/reels (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
