Timings: 5 PM - 11 PM (Part-Time), 10 PM - 7 AM (Full- Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our customer support team. The role involves handling real-time customer interactions through live chat, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional written English skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Deliver accurate, clear, and grammatically correct responses in fluent English.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order status, billing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
  • Ensure all chats meet quality and response time standards.
  • Provide feedback on recurring topics to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Prior experience in live chat, customer support, or BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Pay: Rs35, Rs55,000.00 per month
