Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to WhatsApp chats and emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, complaints, and support requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or call center is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu And English
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
