Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Analyst
with a proven track record in the
banking domain
. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation of projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements regarding Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Analyzing and interpret business needs to translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units,
    IT teams
    , and external vendors.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Domain Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the banking domain, including retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting banking processes.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents
    (BRDs
    ), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Provide periodic status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration
, Finance, Computer Science
, or related field. A master's degree or certificates
(e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years
of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with
    core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and financial technologies.
  • Exposure to and in-depth understanding of software engineering methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
